Thursday’s WOD:

Strength:  Box Squat 3RM, Drop to 80% Max Reps

Conditioning:

5 Rounds

DB Power Snatch 10x (alternate sides so you do 5 each arm)

DB Overhead Squat 10x (alternate sides so you do 5 each arm)

Double Unders 30x

*compare to 11/6/12.  The overhead squat will be the most challenging for most people, please be careful and use an appropriate weight for your current level.  The weight should be challenging, however.
