Strength: 3x7Reps Shoulder Press @ 70-75%

Conditioning:

4 Rounds

Weighted Strict Pull Ups 10/7/5 reps

50 Double Unders

*choose a weight and number of weighted pull ups that is appropriate for you.  Once you pick a number, stick with it for all 4 rounds.  Scale the double unders as needed.
