Wednesday’s WOD:

Skill Work: ten minutes to work on Power Snatch and Squat Snatch with very light weight (ex: women <30, men <45). No dumping of the weights.

Conditioning:

21-15-9

Squat Clean  (wt: 50kg, 35kg)

Push Press  (wt:50kg, 35kg)

Ring Dips

*again, no dumping of the weights please.  good form on the cleans and presses.  modify weight and ring dips as necessary.
