Strength:  Split Jerk 3Rep as heavy as able with safe form.  Be careful lowering it on yourself.

Conditioning:

AMRAP in 10′

60 Bar Burpees

30 Overhead Squats (wt:55kg/35kg)

10 Muscle Ups  (sub 10 Pull Ups and 10 Ring Dips)

Really?! It’s going to take me the whole 10 minutes just to do the 60 bar burpees!!! Who made this WOD up?!
