We will be running the Cindy-a-thon at both the 9am and 10am class times this coming Sunday.  Please sign up for a class time at the gym so we can plan accordingly.  This will be like holiday workouts where it doesn’t deduct from your classes for the month.  (Did you know that?)  If you are planning on being there, please plan on getting pledges or donations.  ANSWERS TO QUESTIONS: 1.  If people want tax deductions, make payment to George Mark Children’s House.  2.  If you don’t want to do Cindy, you may just donate to the cause.  3.  If you don’t want to ask for money, you  may make a donation and do Cindy.  4.  Think about getting flat donations if you think it will be hard to collect by the 18th.

We normally have quite a few people attend the Sunday workouts, but there are only 4 people signed up right now.  Please get yourselves to class on Sunday, sign up on the sheet at the gym so we know how many to expect, get some donations or donate yourself, and let’s make a huge donation to the George Mark Children’s House.  I just found out that they haven’t gotten any gift cards yet and are in desperate need!  How amazing would it be to walk in with enough gift cards for the whole year?  They use these to help the families with children residing there buy groceries, gas, clothes, etc.  Our community can make a real contribution to their lives during the most difficult times of their lives.

Thursday’s WOD:

Strength:  Bulgarian Split Squat:  5×3 each leg work out 35-40% of best back squat.  Form over weight.

Conditioning:

Tabata: 8 rounds of 20 sec on/10 sec off.
