Reindeer Games Competitors, please make this Wednesday’s and Friday’s WODs to help you get ready for the 15th!

Tuesday’s WOD:

A.  Strength: Bench Press 1RM, then drop to 80% for AMRAP

B.  5 Rounds (10min time cap): 2 Muscle Ups, 4 Chest to Bar Pull Ups, 4 Handstand Push Ups, 4 Burpees.  (make your transitions snappy)

C.  10-9-8-7-6-5-4-3-2-1:  Ring Rows and  DB Power Cleans (you pick the weight)
