On Dec. 16th we are having a fundraiser for the George Mark Children’s House. Here are some details: We are going to do this like a walk-a-thon or other pledge type fundraiser. The workout will be Cindy (AMRAP in 20min 5 pull ups/10 push ups/15 squats). We will make pledge sheets and your friends/family/co-workers/etc. can pledge an amount of money per round you complete. Ex: Let’s say I complete 10 rounds and my buddy Sally pledged 1 dollar per round, her donation is 10 dollars. It would be great if you invited all that make a pledge to the facility to watch you fight hard for each round to raise money for this organization. If you don’t want to participate or can’t make it, you can pledge as well to an individual or to the whole group of CFSLers who complete the workout. Be mindful that the whole group could post 250 plus rounds. We will collect all the money by Dec. 21st so we can make the delivery on or before Christmas. For those of you who work weekends, we are going to have your Cindy-a-thon on Dec. 18th in the morning. And if neither of these dates works for you, just let us know when and we will have a coach there to support you. Please let me know if you have questions.
