Strength: Shoulder Press 1 RM, then drop to 80% AMRAP

Condititioning:

5 Rounds

Ring Rows 10

Manmakers 5 (you choose the weight)

Cash Out: Muscle Up Transition work or Muscle Ups 15-20reps of either.
