Thanksgiving Day Throwdown will begin at 9am.   If you don’t run, bring a bike.  If you don’t own a bike or don’t ride a bike, you will drive to another location.

Friday we will run 7am/9am/12pm classes only.

Monday’s WOD:

Strength: Complex:Power Snatch/Snatch/OHS/OHS.  5 sets total.  Start out light and increase as you feel confident.  Weight should remain light to moderate.  Form over weight.  Example: my sets might look like 45/50/53/55/57kg.

Conditioning:

4 Rounds

Overhead Walking Lunges  T/B  (15kg/10kg plate)

One Leg V-Ups 16 total (use same plate)

 

Cash Out: 100 Double Unders  and  20 Pistols on each leg.
