“Murph”
1 Mile Run
100 Pull Ups
200 Push Ups
300 Squats
1 Mile Run
*This is a full Murph (minus the vest). You are also welcome to do a Half or Quarter Murph. You can reduce everything by half, including the run, or you can just cut the bodyweight exercises by half or 3/4. Ex: Half Murph with the run: 1 Mile Run, 50 Pull Ups, 100 Push Ups, 150 Squats, 1 Mile Run. Modify the run with 2000m Row. Have a great time!
