Monday’s WOD:

Strength:  Clean (full squat) 5 sets of 3 from the floor.  Increase weight until you feel like its heavy.  No loss in form though.

Conditioning:

“PJ”

6 Rounds

8 Overhead Squat (wt: 43kg, 30kg)  (Rx+: 55kg, 38kg)  Yes, I said 38.

10 Sumo Deadlift (same as above)

12 Russian Twists (use light KB/DB/Plate)
