REMINDER: Schedule change happens TOMORROW!  545am becomes 515am and 615am.  7am becomes 8am on Tuesday and Thursday.  Friday 7am is pushed to 715am.   Also, strength class is still happening on Tuesdays at 11am.  I will be there tomorrow, bring yourselves and get strong with me.

Tuesday’s WOD:

Strength:  5RM Bench, then drop to 80% for an AMRAP

Conditioning:

5 Rounds

DB Power Snatch  10 (5 each side)

DB Overhead Squat  10 (5 each side)

Double Unders 30

*You choose the weight that is appropriate for you.  The limiting factor will be the overhead squat.  Please choose a weight that is challenging and safe.
