Monday’s WOD:

Strength: Find a heavy 3 rep squat clean.

Skill: Thruster Ladder: increase by 5kilos until you are unable to do one thruster.  Example for female: 15/20/25/30/35/40/45/50/55fail.  Heaviest was 50.  Several people working together on a bar.  Once heaviest is established, drop by 10 kilos and do an AMRAP.

Cash Out: 200 sit ups of your choice.
