Friday’s WOD:

Strength:  7 sets of 3 reps of Hang Power Snatch.  You choose your weight and increase as able.

Conditioning:

6 Rounds of:  1 min on/1 min off

12 DB Push Press  (45/35lbs or whatever your heart desires)

12 Box Jumps (24/20, Rx+:30/24)

*if you do not finish all reps within the minute, you hold plank or hollow hold during your OFF minute.  You do not finish the reps you missed.  15 reps for Rx+, 20 for Rx++.  Whatever number you choose, you must stick with for all rounds.
