Tuesday’s WOD:

Strength: 5RM Shoulder Press

Conditioning:

As a team of 2:

Complete 200 Double Unders while one team member does an L-Hold on the bar.  When team member doing L-Hold comes off bar, switch places.

Once you complete all your double unders, complete 30 burpees together. (both teammates will do 30 burpees each)

Time is at end of burpees.

Cash Out: 100 Band Rows
