15 Turkish Get Ups Each Side (increase weight as you go)


“Shortbus Mary”

AMRAP 10minutes

5 Handstand Push Ups

10 Pistols (alternating legs)

15 Pull Ups

* substitute regular squats if you have a history of knee problems or unable to complete a full squat.
