Sunday’s WOD:

“The Bear Complex”

Complete 5 Rounds of 7 Cycles Through the Following:

  • Power Clean
  • Front Squat
  • Push Press
  • Back Squat
  • Push Press

So you will do the above list of exercises in order, then repeat that order 6 more times to complete one ROUND.  Do you follow me?  Each round you will go up in weight.  During a round you may never let go of the bar!  If you let go, you start over on that round.   YAY!  Use a weight that is appropriate for you.
