Saturday’s WOD:

10-9-8-7-6-5-4-3-2-1

Overhead Squats (wt: 43kg, 30kg Rx+: 60kg, 43kg)

Between each set you will complete one round of Cindy: 5 pull ups, 10 push ups, 15 squats.
