Monday’s WOD:

Strength:  3 Squat Snatch @ ~ 67% of best squat snatch.  If you are not sure, go lighter than you think and scale to a power snatch if unable to safely complete a squat snatch at this time.

Conditioning:

15 Kettlebell Swings

15 Sit Ups

6 Rounds: Each Round is 1 min on/1 min off.  If you do not complete the 15s in the 1 minute on, you do 1 shuttle run in the 1 min off.
