Bodyweight:  Toes to Bar 10 mins of practice

Strength:  Establish a 3RM Thruster

Conditioning:

5 Rounds of 1 Min of Each

Lunge Squats with Bar On Back Max Rep (wt: 50kg, 35kg.  Rx+: 60kg, 45kg)

Plank

*you will do max rep lunge squats and then immediately do 1 min plank.  no racks!
