Sunday’s WOD:


Ground to Overhead: Must accumulate 1600kg (1200kgs for women) total.  Ex: I choose to use 45kgs, I must do 27 reps.

Then do same number of reps for:

Box Jumps (24, 20in. Rx+: 30in, 24in)

Deadlifts with the same weight.
