The results are finally in! This past Saturday we took home (in individual wt classes): one 1st place, three 2nd places, and one 3rd place finish. Rita was 3rd overall for all women. The totals that Rita and Nicole landed on Saturday place them in the top 10 in our country, 10th and 4th respectively. Guess all the freaking out and locking ourselves in the bathroom Sunday mornings is paying off.
All you Festivus competitors, please be working on your pull ups! We are going to offer a kipping only workshop in the coming weeks to help everyone who is able to do strict pull ups start using kipping in the workouts and for the competition. Please post in the comments section if you are planning to do the Festivus comp. I want an idea of how many we have. Go TEAM!
