We are going to have some special workshops over the next few months to address certain topics more in depth.  Examples:  foam roller use, back health/strength/stability, shoulder/upper extremity health, and knee/lower extremity health.  These particular classes will be taught by Physical Therapist and the focus will be on educating you on how to prevent and/or manage injuries.  Look for the sign up sheet on the desk or website.
