Strength: 3RM Weighted Strict Pull Up

Conditioning:

AMRAP 8min

Decline Push Ups 10x

Double Unders 30x

*if you are unable to do pull ups on your own, use the smallest band or combo of bands as possible to achieve three strict pull ups.  Palms facing away from you.
