Sunday mornings are scary sometimes because of the lifting team’s emotional outbursts, but after watching this video, I think we need to step it up a notch!  More screaming, more slapping each other, this is going to be AWESOME!

Tuesday’s WOD:

Deadlift: establish 3RM, then drop to 80% of this and do as many reps with good form as you are able for 1 set only.

Then:

Thrusters (wt: 50kg, 35kg)  45 Reps Total

Double Unders  150 reps Total

*break up as you see fit.

I’m getting Alow and Nicole smelling salts so they’re slapping can be at full throttle. Not Jets though, she scares me !
