Monday will be Murph day in memory of our fallen service people.  The gym will be open from 9am until 12pm.  It will be an open gym structure, however you are only able to do Murph or a scaled version of Murph.  The coach there will help you get warmed up and set for the WOD.

Saturday’s WOD:

Teams of two complete the following:

While one team member runs a 400m or rows 500m the other team is working their way through:

50 Burpees

30 Wall Climbs

50 DB Squat Cleans (wt: 45lbs, 30lbs) as always, do the weight that is approp. for you.

*this is total number of reps for the team and you must complete the one movement before moving onto the next movement.  you will start at whatever number your teammate made it to while you were on the run.  example:  I got through 27 burpees while you ran the 400, you start at 28 and keep going until I return from my run.
