Congratulations to Rita for all her PRs this weekend and making it all the way to day 3! Great job and we are so proud of you. If you aren’t aware of the workouts she had to make it through, check them out on the competition board in the back. Not only were the workouts tough, but the heat was brutal too. She pulled through like a champ and even had a 7th place finish on the fifth workout. She placed 24th overall. Thats 24th out of the 1200 women who tried to make it this year. In honor of Rita, who I named Choni for her preferred choice of shorts, we will have Choni Day this Wednesday. Wear you very own Chonies to the workout this Wednesday the 23rd.
Skill: Handstand Push Ups: work on your body alignment, make sure your trunk stays rigid.
