50 Front squats (40kgs, 30kgs)

30 Shoulder-to-overhead (40kgs, 30kgs)

50 Overhead squats (30kgs, 20kgs)

40 Pull-ups

30 Shoulder-to-overhead (30kgs, 20kgs)

*This is WOD 4 from the regionals qualifier.  This will be considered Rx+.   Rx will be: 15reps subtracted from each exercise.
