Which do you think would be better for you?  Jamba Juice Smoothie vs.  Snickers Fun Size.  Look at the sugar, fat, and protein content of each.

 

Thursday’s WOD:

Overhead Squat: 3×10 rest 2 min between efforts.

Then:

AMRAP 3min/1min rest.  Repeat 4 times.

10 Box Jumps (24,20 Rx+:30,24)

5 Handstand Push Ups

10 Weighted One Leg V-Ups (alternate)

    YES! Actually, no. The point is that we get hung up on things that seem healthy, but when we really look at their contents, they aren’t so healthy at all.
