Reminder:  There is a 9am class tomorrow, Thursday.  Sunday is Easter and we will have an open gym 9-10:30am.

Thursday’s WOD:

Front Squat: 3x5reps heavy.  Must have a spotter because you may not bail out.

Then:

5 Sets, Not For Time, Must Be Unbroken

7x DB Squat Cleans

7x DB Split Jerks

*Use a wt that is approp. for you.   This is not timed, but do not rest more than 2 minutes between rounds.
