Reminder: SUNDAY class times are 9am and 10am. We will also be adding a 9am class on Tues. and Thurs. starting this Thursday the 5th. AND the 7am classes on Mon. and Wed. become Open Gym from 7-9am. There will be a coach present but not an organized class. This is due to consistenly low turnout. This will all be on a trial basis and we will change things as needed. Also, the 7pm class on M/W continues to have fewer attendees so if you would like to escape the more crowded 5/6pm class, consider this time.
