Wednesday’s WOD:
Back Squat: 3x8reps at ~70%, must be unbroken. please use a spotter
Then:
“Twins”
Burpees
Double Unders
10/1, 9/2, 8/3….to 1/10. So 10 burpees and 1 Double Under, then 9 Burpees and 2 Double Unders, and so on until you reach 1 Burpee and 10 Double Unders.
