As requested, here is the 4-minute AB FAB that we do at the end of class:
Alternating Leg Out Straight: approx. 30x
Legs Toward the Ceiling: 15x
Reaching Toward Hands: 15x
Seated “Pike Crunch” (I actually don’t know what their name is: 15x
Holding This Position, Twist side to side from upper back: 16x
Reg. Sit Ups: 20x
Once this becomes easier and you can do it without rest, increase the numbers.
We are going to work on Handstands and Handstand Push Ups
Then: Player’s Choice. Choose from one we have done in the past that you want to see your improvement on or choose something that you have always wanted to do, etc. FYI, we will be doing “Helen” on Monday. Also, if you want to give the Games Open WOD a go, feel free.
