A.  Wall Ball Ladder: 5 the first minute, 10 the next minute, 15 minute, up to 6 minutes.

B. 5 Rounds

Double Unders 30x

Push Ups 15x  (Rx+: hand release)

Pistols 8x (alernate legs)

*modify the pistols as needed.
