Monday’s WOD:  I am posting two different WODs for Rx and Rx+.  Please notice the differences.

Deadlift: 3×5 at 75%-80%

Then:

Rx:

AMRAP 10min

Hang Power Clean 5x  (wt: 60kg, 40kg)

Strict Pull Up 9x

Ring Dips 9x

*scale the weight and use bands as needed.

 

RX+:

AMRAP 10 mins

Squat Cleans 2x (wt: 75kg, 60kg)

Muscle Ups 3x

*scale the weight or number of muscle ups as needed.
