Sunday’s WOD:
The Bear Complex
Complete 5 Rounds of 7 Cycles:
- Power Clean
- Front Squat
- Push Press
- Back Squat
- Push Press
Each cycle will be a power clean, to a front squat, to a push press, to a back squat, to a push press. Repeat 7 times to complete 1 round. You may not take your hands off the bar during the seven cycles. Repeat for 5 rounds increasing each round.
