Thursday’s WOD:

Back Squat:  after several warm up sets, 3x5reps at 75-80% of 1 RM

Then:

4 Rounds

7 DB Squat Snatch

7 Lunge Jumps

*alternate sides each round on the DB squat snatch.  Use a weight that you are safe and efficient with.   Focus on form over speed.
