We don’t expect you to do this tomorrow.  Just found it kind of amazing.  Expect loud music.

Wednesday’s WOD:

Deadlift: warm up with several sets then 3×3 85-90%  (no dumping the weights)

Then: 150 double unders (Rx+: 200) every time you stop or make a mistake you do 2 pistols.
