Sunday’s WOD:

Teams of 3 will complete the following

400m Run with two Med Balls (all teammates run together) 20lb ball

90 Toes 2 Bar

120 Overhead Squats (RX: wt: 40kg, 30) (RX+:50kg, 35kg)

210 Double Unders

400m Run with two Med Balls (all teammates run together) 20lb ball

Only one member can work at a time except on the run.  All members run together sharing the joy of a med balls.  Split reps between teammates as you like.  Must complete all reps of exercise prior to moving on.
