article 1 and article 2 about breathing during lifting.  Some of you have learned to use your breath during the lifts, others just hold their breath because everyone else is and others haven’t a clue.  It’s a little covered topic and I want to make sure you understand what is going on.  It all sounds very scary, just read it and think a little about the topic.  Please don’t get all freaked and doing some weird breathing techniques.

Tuesday’s WOD:

Skill: Tall Box Jumps  5 sets of 5 reps at approx. 5 inches below your tallest box jump.  share boxes and rest as needed.

Then:

400m repeats x 3

*6pm class we will see how dark it is and we may have to adjust if it’s too scary!
