Thursday’s WOD:

Deadlift

3x5reps work up to a heavy 5 and use that weight for all three sets.

Then:

4 Rounds Not For Time

5 Handstand Push Ups

15 Kettlebell Swings (wt: 53lb, 35lb Rx+:70lb, 53lb)

*Your goal is to do all reps unbroken.  You may rest between rounds up to 2min.  5 burpees for every round broken.
