Deadlift: not for time

3×10 reps at ~60% of your 1 RM

Then:

3 Rounds

Box Jumps (24″, 20″) 15x

Wall Balls (20, 14lb) 15x

*no Rx+ for this WOD.  Go as fast as possible on the second part.  Use the best form in the land on the deadlifts.

No reps for the box jumps/wall balls, eh? I just mentally finished that WOD in 1 second. BOOOOOOOM.
