Thursday’s WOD:

5 Pull Ups

10 Push Ups

15 Squats

AMRAP 5min then rest 2.5mins

AMRAP 5min then rest 2.5mins

AMRAP 5min then rest 2.5mins

Goal is to work at your max effort each 5mins.  Rx+: Chest 2 Bar pull ups.
