I am at the CrossFit Endurance seminar which talks a lot about running so thought I would share a somewhat running related video.

Sunday’s WOD:

1 Mile Run
25 Burpees
25 DB thrusters
1 Mile Run

Choose a weight for the thrusters you can do with good stability in the shoulders.
