Monday’s WOD:

Back Squat:  you have 15 minutes to establish a 1 RM

Then:

In teams of 2 complete the following:

80 Ring Rows

160 Sit Ups

80 DB Pwr Snatch

*both teammates can be working at the same.  you may partition however you like.
