Reminders: 

1.  Games Skills checklist is on Sunday at 10:30am.   

2.  We will have a 9am workout with Vincent on Thanksgiving. 

3.  Our schedule on Friday the 25th will be 9am, 12pm, 4pm.

Saturday’s WOD:

Teams of 2 must complete the following:

100 wall balls in  under 4 minutes. (M: 20 lbs/ W: 14 lbs)

40 clean and jerks in under 4 minutes. (M: 43 kg/W: 30 kg)

100 KB swings in under 3 minutes. (M:53 lbs/ W: 35 lbs)

30 snatches in under 3 minutes. (M: 43 kg/ W: 30 kg)

40 Wall Balls in under 2 minutes.

20 shoulder to overhead (clean and jerk or snatch) in under 2 minutes.

 

Each effort will be scored individually.

Rest 1 minute between rounds

If you finish in under the allotted time, you can rest for the remainder.

If you do not finish in the amount of time, assess a 30 air squat penalty per non completed round after the completion of the workout.
