Food Challenge: here is the challenge: get through the holidays sticking to your plan. You pick the plan and write in your very own forum thread. Every day you document what you ate. You can use an app to help you get a sense of how much you are eating and just transfer the nutrient info into the blog. To start your log on the forum, go to the forum and register as a user. I have to approve you, so give it a little while. Make a new thread with your name in the title. At the end of the holidays, which will be Jan. 1, those who stuck it out the entire time will have their name put into a hat for a drawing for a nice prize.
