24 Pull Ups (Rx+: 24Towel Pull Ups Rx++: 42 Towel Pull Ups)

This is a Partner WOD – Partner #1 will perform the work listed above. Partner #2 will run 400m with a medicine ball. Once Partner #2 returns from the run, Partner #1 will grab the medicine ball and begin their 400m, while Partner #2 continues work wherever #1 left off.

*please bring a towel with you to share with your partner. I will give you partners when you get to class or you can arrange ahead of time. Also, you can do this without a partner. Feel free to scale however is needed, including the time.

The 31Heroes Project exists to honor our fallen heroes killed in action August 6, 2011 through fitness and raise funds for programs that provide support to families of all fallen military heroes—past, present, and future.
All funds raised in 2012 will be split three ways going to the following organizations: Snowball Express, the Travis Manion Foundation‘s Challenge Grants program, and the memorial funds of each of the men killed in action August 6, 2011.
