There will be a schedule change starting Nov. 8th, which is a Tuesday. The new schedule will look like this: M and W: 5pm, 6pm, 7pm. Tues and Fri: 4pm, 5pm, 6pm. Thurs: 5pm, 6pm. We are doing our best to accomodate all the needs of the gym and hope the new schedule will help.

use a dumbbell for the snatch. the weight will depend upon your shoulder strength, health, and ability to maintain form.
