There will be a schedule change starting Nov. 8th, which is a Tuesday.  The new schedule will look like this:  M and W: 5pm, 6pm, 7pm.  Tues and Fri: 4pm, 5pm, 6pm.  Thurs: 5pm, 6pm.  We are doing our best to accomodate all the needs of the gym and hope the new schedule will help.

Right Arm Power Snatch

Left Arm Power Snatch

Double Unders 

Kettebell Swings (wt: 53lb, 35lb)

use a dumbbell for the snatch.  the weight will depend upon your shoulder strength, health, and ability to maintain form.

    Yes, all other classes stay the same.

The new schedule looks like it reduces the number of evening classes from 11 per week to only 8 per week, is class size expected to increase as a result? Classes seem too crowded already sometimes. 🙁

    It actually increases the number of evening classes to 14 vs. 11 as it is currently.
