Happy Monday. We will be completing the CrossFit Total. The CrossFit Total is 1 rep max of the shoulder press, deadlift, back squat in that order. This workout takes a long time to complete so there will be time caps on each segment. You must stay focused and come in with a plan or goal for each lift. If you have no clue how much weight you can do on any of these lifts, talk with your coach.
Time caps are as follows:
Shoulder Press: 15min
Deadlift: 20min
Back Squat: 20min
Your warm up will be very quick just to get your joints lubed up and heart rate up. Be on time and ready to go.
